MAJOR Renovation and Extension - COMPLETED 2024
Preserving the charm of the original farmhouse, built circa 1900, was the driving aim of this project. By carefully matching the external and internal finishes, and incorporating reclaimed timber French doors along with feature doors and linings throughout the interior, we were able to maintain the home’s original character and timeless feel.
The addition of a plunge pool and multiple thoughtfully designed outdoor entertaining spaces creates a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings, offering a perfect balance of heritage charm and modern living.

RENOVATION / EXTENSION - Completed 2022
This project involved a complete rebuild of the rear of the house, including an extension to the upper floor and the addition of a new level beneath the attached studio.
A new deck and stair connect the rear extension to the outdoor spaces, featuring a thoughtfully designed outdoor shower area — perfect for rinsing off after trips back from the beach.
Encasing steel beams and posts within existing floors allowed for the extension to blend without interrupting the ceiling linings and heights.
